@notafayz here is my entry for the logo design thing
“The crest featured the ornate letters ‘C’ and ‘A’ in gold thread over a background that showed a golden eagle and a mountain lion. Beneath the crest was the Latin motto of Coates Academy: Ad augusta, per angusta. To high places by narrow roads.” -Gone, 138-139 This is my submission for the @notafayz Coates crest design contest. I tried to make it as simple as possible while having all of the elements that were listed in the book.
I know everyone has shared this by now but if you haven’t seen this: watch it! I’m so excited for this. I remember reading Gone for the first time 6 years ago. I was in no way the same person as I am now but it still makes me very happy to see people are taking their time and effort to create stuff for this fandom. (Also that “Mad World” music in the background I’m LIVING)
