Laying my anxiety aside for a moment, I'm actually a pretty confident person. It's jarring to have feelings of smallness snaking their way through my thoughts. Just yucky lil moments of "you don't really belong" or "stay home and make space for someone else".

I know it's not rooted in reality and it's just some phantom insecurities rearing their heads. But if you've ever felt that way, here's a gentle reminder you're not alone. 🫶🏻

And I want to acknowledge how lucky and fortunate I am to even get to do this! It wasn't long ago where that wasn't the case for me. I'm beyond grateful for that and all the sweet friends I've made. 💜 I'm not trying to complain... just processing.

Personally, I'm working not to judge the emotions-- just accept whatever insight they can give me and attempt to release them. Of course, I only have so much capacity for grace.....
