nostic baslid was raised under controlled conditions by an unknown party. she had a lusus and a hive and was allowed to do mostly what she wanted, but was mostly only allowed contact through the internet, and was regularly put through tests pushing her psionic abilities.
essentially the party in charge of her upbringing were testing just how much power one limeblood was capable of harnessing and handling, with the supposed end goal of using her as some kind of superweapon. and as she was experimented on more and more, she just kept displaying more and more power. while she’s limited in terms of actual energy output, at present if you can name a superpower she can probably use it in some form.
she likes messaging people pretending to be an angel and 'proving’ it to people by faking miracles with her powers, and just being a little prankster in general! she’s very good at impressions.
