So for some mad reason I was motivated to actually go to the gym before midday this morning. Decided to suck up my reflectophobia (my new word to describe my fear/hatred of seeing myself work out in a mirror) and do some squats. My most loathed exercise. To my discovery I absolutely loved it. I made sure to look up the entire time,and it helped keep good form. I also found what I'd be doing wrong and leaning too far forward which meant putting more strain on my back to right myself. Not good. So I nervously started leaning up more and having the bar slightly lower. Set a new PB of 100kg for 10 reps. Not the best form as it started to dip around the 80/90 mark. Still proud. Also this is the third time I've been to the gym this week.
