No weights? No problem! Today I modified my last set of all my exercises. It was leg day make-up from yesterday. My back has been a little sore (because of booty 🍑🍑 muscles!) and I didn’t want to hurt myself. .. I lessened my weights. I didn’t use weights. I still got an amazing workout in. Dripping with sweat, even. Modifying doesn’t mean less.
