Today was insane. We pulled down the #cubby shelf that our sellers left in the #mudroom and started our own #diy, 6-person version of a mudroom. (See exciting photo of the support board for the pld cubbies stuck to the paint 🙈 #lookma #noscrews 😂) 🏡💕🔨 And because the cubbies came down that meant I had to find a home for all backpacks, jackets, the prize basket, papers waiting for daddy to look at, sightword flashcards, homework pencils... #momlife! 😥 🏡💕🔨 Next, Cameron put the storage cabinet together for the end of the mudroom and Charlie wore jeans today. Both sizeable world contributions and accomplishments. Mostly the pants. 😂 Seriously. She wore the jeans ALL DAY. 🏡💕🔨 Then we made 7,342 cuts from giant 120lb sheets of #MDF. That was fun. I don't have a photo because I was too busy trying to not die while cutting lumber that cost more than 3 hair appointments. But hey, #whatdoesntkillyouonlymakesyoublonder, right? 🙈 🏡💕🔨 On the bright side, Cam was so effcient his cuts that we ended up being able to take two boards back ($50 each) and pick up just one 4'x8' board of the same material ($15) to finish off. This did slow us down as far as being able to get to installation for today, but also saved us $85. 💸 🏡💕🔨 Then, because apparently I'm a #gluttonforpunishment and desired a more complete version of sheer exhaustion, we went over to @wincofoods and did our monthly grocery trip. 😱 🏡💕🔨 We did, however, sneak in a date night trip to @habitburgergrill first! 🍔 🏡💕🔨 Needless to say, we're both exhausted, I put away the perishable food, left out the pantry items for later, and time springs forward tomorrow... 😭 looking forward to maybe getting some relaxing time in tomorrow! 🏡💕🔨 #longestpostever
