So not every one liked my tummy post but I'm happy with my progress -- 280lbs to 187lbs is amazing for me. From a size 48 inch waist to a 34 inch waist. Also down from a 3xl to a large shirt ( probably a medium now) is more than I could have hoped for. I love my new body! 😍 I feel sexy, confidence and empowered to do so much more. 🏋🏻‍♂️ I know I'm not perfect by any means and I'm still on my journey but it's "My Journey" my happiness.
