I remember awhile ago you were saying you had the weird forehead slits on your hair meshes, I have them too and part of the reason I gave up trying to learn how to create cc hair. I made a really cute hair now though and it has those slits in game. Did you end up finding a solution?
Hey love, Iām sorry for the late reply!
I donāt remember which issue specifically youāre talking about as I always encounter issues with the forehead when I work on hairs, but the issues (as far as I can tell) can be caused by 4 things we might do wrong and that need checking:
Weights (If you think that they are ok but youāre not too sure, what you can do is select all and click remove doubles and then you can split the edges that need to be split).
Vertex paint (Make sure the edges are not 100% green).
UV_1 map (just make sure the vertices of the edge match with those of the head or you can always just delete your hairline and append it again from the original hair).
And lastly if the issue is that there are black spots on the forehead, and if none of the above is the culprit, what you can try is move the vertices where the spots are forward, but not the vertices that are supposed to connect with the head if this makes sens, I donāt know how to explain it.
I hope this is helpful. ā„ļø
