I don’t remember which issue specifically you’re talking about as I always encounter issues with the forehead when I work on hairs, but the issues (as far as I can tell) can be caused by 4 things we might do wrong and that need checking:

Weights (If you think that they are ok but you’re not too sure, what you can do is select all and click remove doubles and then you can split the edges that need to be split).

Vertex paint (Make sure the edges are not 100% green).

UV_1 map (just make sure the vertices of the edge match with those of the head or you can always just delete your hairline and append it again from the original hair).

And lastly if the issue is that there are black spots on the forehead, and if none of the above is the culprit, what you can try is move the vertices where the spots are forward, but not the vertices that are supposed to connect with the head if this makes sens, I don’t know how to explain it.

I wanted to give the option for simlish and also I thought it would be cool to have a box without the balloons for build-up if you’re story telling. I’m not great at meshing so I only managed to remove the balloons and the flaps but, luckily the box is black and if you put it up on a table and angle it right I don’t think you’ll be able to tell it’s open.
