@noqt its like..... for some reason i cant find anything about it online so this might also be a generational thing (or very very specifically turn of the century thing, to do w the migration patterns of the time) but its well known that a lot of young filipino australians (at least around my age) have a more american accent?? like its obviously not american but its very clearly not australian either, i cant actually hear the difference so my entire childhood has consisted of other people going ‘whats up with your accent’ and me going ‘what do u mean =(’
