Why did most billdip aus come up with the best au dipper or at least aus where dipper and Bill teamed up or where forced to be in the same place (demonic guardians au, golden suprised comic that's now gone, probably some more I'm forgetting) nowadays you only get some for stan and Ford give me more for the mystery twins like them growing apart not because they hate each other but because they have different goals in life we know dipper what's to start his own ghost show or do something exploring the supernatural (honestly I could see him doing whatever he wants if he puts his mind to it) and with Mabel a lot of directions you can go especially if you put her in a creative field I may love art but it's also notorious for it not being the most stable or most money making
Hard agree!!!! billdip aus (especially in the 2010s) went so hard with their characterizations. nowadays it's like people barely even watched the show ngl
i also dont really like when people have the twins be attached at the hip in adulthood. dont get me wrong some twins are like that, i have cousins who are twins and they live together rn and have almost all the same interets. BUTTTT dipper and mabel dont bring those vibes.
