It LIVES!
SO! Thanks to some very helpful local friends, my PC is alive BUT currently not at my house. They took it home with them cause they needed some extra programs they have to clone my hhd to an ssd.
Originally I was going to use the ssd as a replacement for my 10 year old external art drive, but since the motherboard decided to up and quit, my friend offered to clone my hhd onto the ssd since they were already messing with my system. My 1 1/2 year old hhd is going to become my new art drive (it is 2 Tb of space)
I fed them homemade venison chili and cornbread in exchange for help :3
Update on my computer
Firstly: Fffffffffffffffff!
After getting some help, the diagnosis is a fubar motherboard (aka it up and just died on me).
This means I am going to be computerless until a replacement can arrive (earliest looks to be Monday, which funny thing, is my Birthday. So I guess I'm rebuilding my PC for that).
At least I had the forethought to print out my script for the comic, so I guess I'll be working traditional stuff until I can regain access to my computer (I had started inking panels too)
Rambling
Still indecisive about sketching vs Inking posting...
- Sketching means I move forward with the next chapter, and inking is left to do when I feel up to it  - Inking means I make progress with the current chapter, but there isn't much sketching going on - There is also a third option where I kinda mix the two and do whichever I feel up to doing on any given day (I may end up going this route if I am at all honest with myself)
I honestly wish I had a ton of extra spoons* to do both each day, but I know myself and the fact I lack a fair amount of spoons to accomplish both without becoming overwhelmed (this is why I was only doing a panel a day to help limit this).
*Â 'Lacking spoons' is a term used to explain living with chronic health problems to those who are healthy and do not suffer from a lack of energy to do everything they want to in any given day.
The Spoon Theory boils down to this: You have a set number of spoons in a day, and each task costs at least 1 spoon to do. Once you are out of spoons, your day is pretty much over and you can either rest to recover a few spoons, or borrow from your future self and have less spoons to work with.
I’m pretty bad when it comes to ‘borrowing’ spoons from myself, and I don’t want to push it to where I am trying to crank out both sketching AND inking to make forward progress on Side Quest, and in the end end up stopping cause I can’t handle both at the same time (this happened before; I did too much and burnt myself out for more than a year, so I’d like to avoid this at all costs).Â
Online Imp catalog
Over the years I have attempted to have various storefronts through different online hosts, and I find that I seriously lack the spoons to be able to functionally handle an online store AND do creating. So instead of running myself ragged, I’ve decided to just condense things into an Online Catalog / Commission list that allows me to showcase not only examples of each type I make, but also allows me to list everyone who is currently looking for a home, where people are in the Queued waitlist, and where people’s commissions are currently in the creative process. I know this seems like a weird way to handle my online Impdoptions, but I’m hoping that by doing things this way, I can easily keep on top of things while still allowing people to see who all is looking for homes currently (all you have to do is email me who you are interested in to get the process started).

I am currently on hiatus from posting anything regarding daily stuff due to the events of Monday night. It’s getting a little better each day, but I’m not really feeling up to posting daily stuff just quite yet. I’m going to see how I feel by this weekend, but I can’t promise anything concrete right now.
