Adblock Plus on Windows XP works SOOOOOO well... :\
It’s one of those things that make me realize I could’ve got Windows 7 as well much earlier.
So... my current debacle is finally in the clear for me. I need to manage this period of loneliness. Being able to be alone. Being strong whilst being alone. Having faith in myself whilst being alone.
That has been the root of my anxiety. I've lost some footing due to some of my (distant tectonic plates away) friends being more busy and it has showed in my daily life. The support I have gotten have been consequent for my current state though. I would have been far off worse without it. But for now, it seems that I am on my own.
Ugh. I don't feel connected to my writing. Out of focus. So I am in a non-intellectual cycle as well during this mess. Ugh, I rather hate when I am unable to find the right words and articulate proper. I have managed to progress and analyze my situation despite of this, thankfully.
It's just... having any sense of faith and feel tangible control is so out of bounds in my life predicament. I cannot work to make my trip faster to Canada, I cannot do anything other than wait really. Saving my money and let time pass as I suffer with what I have. Working on my mental health. Maybe focus on learning the Japanese I love and other things. Sigh. Getting better feels without a true notice. I have a goal but all I can do is have patience.
No clear directives that I can hold onto myself. Throwing myself out in the sea without guidance...
I keep saying how this and that time is 'the most' difficult. This sure seems to be another one of those times. I feel rather stagnant. I do work on believing in myself though.
This is the most lost I have felt in a long while. However I must persevere. I wish I could say it with more power behind it, because I don't feel that strong right now.

An Unusual Case Presentation on Giant Non-Functioning Adrenocortical Carcinoma | Chapter 21 | New Horizons in Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 1
A case of gigantic non-functioning adrenocortical carcinoma without pressure effects is shown here, which is a rare occurrence. Adrenocortical carcinoma is an uncommon tumour with a global incidence of 1 per million. The age distribution is bimodal, with maxima at 5-20 and 40-50 years old. Tumors that are larger than 9 cm frequently affect the inferior vena cava (IVC) or the right side of the heart. The carcinomas are functioning in 80% of cases. We present a case of a rare non-functioning adrenocortical carcinoma in a 40-year-old woman with an incidence of 0.5/million worldwide, no extra-adrenal dissemination at presentation, and no IVC or right ventricular involvement despite a tumour size of 12 cm. With regular follow-ups and disease-free life following the surgery, the patient had a successful surgical extirpation with adjuvant radiotherapy. Hormone levels in symptomatic and asymptomatic patients with adrenal masses must be determined. The possibility of adrenocortical carcinoma should not be ruled out in either a functioning or non-functioning tumour. On computed tomography (CT)/magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), all solid incidentalomas larger than 5 cm should be surgically removed, with adjuvant therapy recommended after histological examination. Tunnel vision
I feel like I'm being a bad friend lately. It's all I can do to make it through the day most days, and inevitably I'm on the couch hoping not to hurl. We keep canceling weekend plans because I just can't go out. Weekends seem to be worse, which I'm actually glad for. I need to be able to function at work (even though my work functioning capabilities are near the very low end of the scale).
I think this baby is winning.
I miss you all friends! And my husband, who is the saving grace for our family right now. He's holding everything together - I am so thankful. Hoping it won't be long before I can hold my head up and engage in a conversation again.
