The Veil of Maya
I am Maya, the worldly illusion of separation
I am the veil of individual materiality that so closely holds the humanmind’s attention
But that is not my true nature
I am what cannot be thought of or conceptualized
I am the precursor of all description and classification
I am that which cannot be named or labelled, but only experienced
I am the space in which we all reside before rigid identities grip and shape us with or without our consent
I am the stillness in between every living breath
I am the instinct by which animals act
I am the celestial dust of the first stars birthed by the cosmos
I am one with all that first arose in this universe, all that remains and all that is to come
I am, you are, we are all more than the ingrained and pervasive ideologies that dictate how we think and behave
We are the ones who control human fate
We are the ones who can choose to continue the cycle of bodily and verbal violence, vengeance and retaliation
We are the ones who can choose to see our shared humanness not just through the detached lens of biology, but through engaged eyes of compassion
I am disillusioned with the illusion of myself
I am lifting the veil to become one with core connectedness of all that is

Who Am I?
I am that which cannot be thought of or conceptualized. I am the precursor of all description and classification. I am the space in which we all reside before rigid identities grip and shape us with or without our consent. I am the instinct by which animals act. I am the stillness in between every living breath. I am that which cannot be named or labelled only experienced.
I am, you are, we are, beauty beyond any perception.
And I’m also Maya, the worldly illusion of separateness.
Welcome :)
