In a world where All for One got what he wanted and captured Kit when she was young, he found his greatest success in nomu in the experiments preformed on the child, she was perfect, and then to his greatest annoyance she's saved and he's defeated... The little girl no longer quite human is taken in to hero commission custody for a time before eventually being released to the care of her godfather, a vigilante with a stark moral code and grievance with society
