so i've decided to start posting pictures of my meals sometimes to keep myself accountable for what i eat. as Murphs once told me, i act like a i'm a one-quarter of a college frat boy; i don't eat very much, but what i do eat is usually fried or fast food
this week i've started working on my gut health and biome, and with that in mind the first two lunches were salmon sashimi with sweet prawns and soy sauce, and homemade chili chicken gyros with tzatziki and spicy aioli, pickled red onions, & some prebiotic tea
