It's INSANE!!🙄 To think by doing the same thing over and over again will give you different results, right? After all, that's the definition of insanity! We were meant to grow and evolve and that just doesn't happen by staying still. But sometimes the idea 💡 of change seems stressful and overwhelming. 😖 We would rather accept the dysfunction that is familiar to us then to open ourselves up to anything unfamiliar.
