who wakes up first in the morning

Nolan wakes up first. Alec would prefer to sleep the day away, but he gets up with Nolan and is marginally helpful with start of the day chores and food.

who’s the first to fall asleep at night

Nolan again, because Alec likes to make sure that Nolan fell asleep soundly. He likes to be Nolan's source of comfort and watching him drift off is one of his favorite things, especially when Nolan's lying on his chest and listening to his heartbeat.

what they playfully tease each other over

Nolan teases Alec whenever he tries to beat his scores in a game, because as much as he should be able to with his werewolf reflexes he just can't quite seem to best Nolan's records, though he does get close. Alec conversely is always better at a game when they first get it, but the more time Nolan spends with it the faster he overcomes Alec's skill level.

what they do when the other’s having a bad day

When it's Alec, Nolan takes him straight to bed. He lets Alec sleep it off if he wants to and if not, they watch movies and shows or play games all night. They both usually forget to eat. When it's Nolan, it's snuggle'o'clock for the rest of the day. Nolan won't ask for it, but Alec knows he'll need plenty of physical affection.

how they say ‘i’m sorry’ after arguments

These two actually talk it out. They get heated in the moment and sometimes say things they regret, but when it's all said and done they talk about it. They admit when they were wrong and figure out where to go from there.

Alec is oddly sensitive. A little brush here or slight touch there will set him off. Nolan isn't even trying to tickle him and it happens.

Games. So many games. And cheering each other on during vs. matches online.

how they surprise each other

Alec has always been there for Nolan whenever possible. The fact that he will drop anything (except for dangerous supernatural stuff, but even then...) to make sure Nolan is ok is still a wonder to Nolan. Nolan always seems to know what to do take the pressure off Alec, the way he can predict his needs almost always catches him off guard.
