Been up at the hospital with my 16 year old for the past few days. She had surgery yesterday and now we are praying for a speedy recovery. Walking through the hospital I feel so much pain, confusion and desperation. So much illness wreaks through these halls as I know personally illness can begin to stir up doubt and mistrust. I pray for those that do not know the power of prayer. I pray for those that have not felt the magnificence of God’s grace & mercy. These past few days I couldn’t put my trust in the doctors or even my own judgement when it came down to my babygirls health. She has been complaining about the same pain for almost a year and doctors have wrote it off as growing pains and I honestly started to believe them. I don’t want to think about what could have happened if we didn’t take that trip to the ER I am just praising God for the right medical team being in place at the Devine time for my baby. I thank God for having wisdom to call on the saints who stay in prayer for my babygirl. I thank God for having the knowledge of how to pray for my babygirl. I thank God for my daughter’s strength through all of this. She is more extraordinary than she realizes and I lift my hands to heaven praising our Creator for her life on today. Especially since I see many that sit in the same hospital that I sit in as of right now don’t have that testimony on today. Lord give those strength that have lost a child and may have turned bitter against You. Set a path for them to find comfort in your realm. Allow their hearts healing in your love. Grant them mercy Father against any backlash and grace to be lifted in your presence.
