3. what's the best job you've ever had?

My career trajectory has been a steady upwards spiral, so as much as i bitch about my job, I actually love my corporate job. Second best's definitely horse show groom, but I can't make enough money doing that and it is so rough on you and its so unpredictable.

4. what's the worst job you've ever had?

The small environmental lab i worked at after college. I will never work for a small, family run company ever again. The owner was actually evil and actually stupid. Like. She had a day long temper tantrum because someone didnt say good morning to her while they were standing near a loud instrument. She sent a client another client's invoice that showed the discount that they were getting. She got upswt if you would rather drink tap water than the nasty old Britta filter that she never changed. She would microwave the sponge to sanitize it rather than go to dollar tree to get a new sponge. She watered down the hand soap and got mad when another coworker and i just brought in our own hand soap. She would massage your shoulders and say, "You seem so stressed. You should go Bahamas for the weekend." Not go to the Bahamas. Go Bahamas. And like. With what money Susan. So happy I left that place. Only disappointed that it took me two years.

6. what's your go-to recipe when you want to make something that requires minimal effort?

Roasted broccoli. Cut up the amount of broccoli that you want to eat. Add a tablespoon or two of a vinaigrette style salad dressing, right now my favorite is a Caesar vinaigrette. Set the oven to 350-400. Cook until sufficiently crispy, 10-15mins or until when I dont want to wait for dinner anymore. It's versatile and stands up to whatever adaptations I want to make. I can have it as is, I can have it as a side, I can add it to pasta or something, or I can fancy it up with some crispy shaved garlic or toasted almonds.
