to be honest eventually it's just going to get to the point where instead of trying to defend myself someone is going to try to make me do something that's above my pay grade/outside of my job description again and I'm going to frown and say "You don't pay me to do that." No longer going above and beyond because when I do they just try to make me do more but I'm still getting the same pay as I did when I did nothing more than load trucks all day.
