#no diary

I tried to be a vegetarian year ago and I did not really go in deep in my researches, I just knew that this industry is destroying the planet and that if everyone was vegetarian, saving the earth was POSSIBLE. Little do I knew that also diary products and fish are bad both for your health and for the environment. So eventually I changed my diet again, because I did not have solid reasons due to my lack of information.

Now that I am more 'navigated' in terms of internet hehe, I know what to search for and how to do it. And coming to know all these inspiring people in the internet, I decided to become a vegan as well.

So yes, I am vegan now, well I am trying. No one is perfect, and no one is a perfect vegan. It happens to eat accidentally diary products or meat. But the intention is what keeps you going, and I am doing this because I really believe in all these information and I believe that we can change the world.

It might sound cheesy, but it is true and we all are responsible of this planet. Be aware is the first step and then the choice is only yours.
