I Donāt Get Aggro Decks
So I hear about these aggro decks that have hit for 10+ damage on turn 4. I can see HOW they do it but I donāt understand why the opponent LETS that happen. I say this because everyone iāve played against has enough removal to circumvent the existance of aggro in our area. The worst things iāve heard of around here were a Orzhov only 2 drop creature deck and a goblin aggro deck, both owned by the same guy.
It may seem funny to some but where I live people donāt play super aggressive decks like that. We are not combo heavy, but we make decks that can fuck up the board if one wrong move is made. Decks here usually build up a wall of creature while they do what they do. It turns into a game of bluffing(does he have an instant ready? does he have some strategy?) until they make an all out attack. Sometimes we attack beforehand, but that usually leads to the creature being killed quickly. I made a five color eldrazi aggro deck that was great against our lower tier of players, but when I went against theĀ āprosā of this area it got outplayed. Most good decks around here are some combination of ramp/cheating out creatures and high amounts of removal(burn, -x/-x, destroy target _____ is in every deck).
Never been against any actually competitive decks that I know of, but aggro is basically endangered here for a reason.
