i remember him once taking me to... to a bush-cheney rally, yes, okay-- this will explain something about my dad, and some of the reasons he frightens me or he can't be around the people i hold dear-- anyway, cheney went to the same high school as him, that's where it was held. we're at this rally and he points at cheney and then leans down to me and whispers "do you know why he's so tiny. he is an elf."
