10. Most disliked arc? Why?
hhhrrrmmmh. um. itâs not really an arc but thereâs that... episode... in soul eater... where maka, kid and black*star are trying to figure out group resonance and it keeps failing because maka and black*star canât link up. which is fine and dandy -- i can understand WHY the two of them donât mesh so easily -- but then itâs immediately framed like itâs Makaâs Problem and the reason why it wonât work is because she wonât bow to black*starâs lead. which is. annoying. and iâve had enough of narratives that tell me that women have to make themselves smaller in order to fit in.
AND THEN BLACK*STAR PUNCHES HER SO HARD HE LAUNCHES HER INTO A DUMPSTER uuuugh

um. yes. every girl ever lol. i was put on this green earth to respect the women who are hated in fandom because they ~get in the way~ of a m/m ship. or for feeling too much. or existing. because you never really need a good reason to hate a girl you know.
