It didn’t take too long for him to analyze his situation: nevermind the reason as to why he’s in an unfamiliar place, what’s more important to assess is his chance of survival should he have to set off alone. He quickly gathered the possibility of acquiring the basic needs of survival: water, food, and shelter. Fortunately, these were the provisions given to him upon arrival, with extra money to boot. This alone was enough to conclude that this place was safe, and Inaho can survive on his own. And thus, he adapted.
Shelter was first. He arrived at his new housing with no problem, and it seemed like his roommates were not of any threat. Through the use of his eye he was able to analyze certain nitpicks and behavior that could suggest deceitfulness and maliciousness, but they all either lacked it or it was too subtle to guess. Either way, he could at least trust them for now.
Next, it was food and water. With the small pocket money he had, he made no delay in locating the nearest supermarket to purchase food on his own. Scrolling through his new cellular device, not only was he able to find the supermarket, but he was also able to find the current bargains and sales. Immediately, something caught his eye.
Eggs. Special sale: Today only.
And so we reach to the current day, hour, minutes, and second in which Inaho is now pushing a shopping cart filled with about 15 cartons of dozen-pack eggs. The cart stuttered every now and then to the sheer weight of the cartons, but Inaho maintained a calm attitude as he pushed through. He stops momentarily in the same aisle wondering if he should grab more since the sale was today only, but he spots a certain someone eyeing him down thoroughly.
With one egg on hand, Inaho turns to the stranger. “Eggs are on special sale only for today,” he says flatly.
“I’ve calculated the weight, hardness, and dating for each egg, and for some reason they all seem to be perfectly fresh. So I’m taking advantage of it.”
