Ask me a question, and you’ll get an answer If I don’t know, I can find who does. Bathrooms are upstairs on the right.
That book you need, I found in the catalog, It’s in the 300s between marriage and slavery.
There’s the manual on how to fix your windshield wipers, And magazines to play your guitar.
That hole in your jeans? Find the Singer machine On Reserve just use your card.
Now, here, take this data to city council It’ll help them build the bike trail.
There’s a class going on In the computer lab where 70 year olds learn to check “email.”
And upstairs there’s a sunny room where The Giving Tree is being read To 20 third graders sitting criss-cross apple sauce with stumps inside their heads.

For the second year, we are celebrating National Library Week by helping an elementary school library in need. Together with our friends at Kids Need to Read, we are committing 10% of all Out of Print online sales to help fully fund an application from the Coffeeville Elementary School to stock its library with new books.

We've been spending a lot of time showing off individual items from our collection, but as those of you who have visited can attest, our collection space is pretty spectacular as well. We occupy about two-thirds of the 3rd floor of Noel Memorial Library. Visitors enter through the reading room, where we provide plenty of comfy seating and a great view of the campus. The majority of the books are housed in the exhibit room (mostly pre-1850's material) or the stacks (everything else, including all the un-cataloged works). Our rarest materials are kept safe in the vault--but don't worry, we're happy to open it up for you!
It's hard to showcase a collection of this size in just a few photographs, so if you're able, come by and take a tour!
(from top to bottom: the reading room, the vault, a vault shelf, the exhibit room, a display case in the exhibit room, the stacks, some uncataloged German books in the stacks)
NEW Library Socks, now available in blue and gray!
Special: Bundle all 3 of our library socks and save 25%!
And 10% of all sales during National Library Week help to stock the library shelves of Coffeeville Elementary School in Mississippi!

The Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library created a library-themed parody of Taylor Swift’s ‘Shake it Off,’ and it’s great! The parody was done “In homage to taylorswift and her outspoken support of public libraries and literacy and in celebration of National Library Week.“
