“I have never done anything wrong in my life, ever,” the Grey Fox said, watching as Bryja moved through the University’s library with shocking speed.
The half-minotaur pulled out a book and flipped through a few pages, huffing when it didn’t hold the secrets she sought.
“That is blatantly untrue.” The answer came not from the horned woman, but instead from a menacing blob of shadow that made its home above a bookshelf.
The Fox blinked, staring up at the shit-eating grin of the Dunmer. “You’re literally an assassin. You kill people for money.”
“And you take their things. Same difference.”
“Would the both of you shut up,” Bryja hissed. “You’re both criminals, and I resent being here.”
“We snuck you in here, thank you very much,” the Fox stated, her cowl hiding her frown. “No need to be so rude, Miss Let’s Steal Important Documents from the Arcane University.” She sighed, leaning heavily against a bookcase.
Nix slid down the bookcase like a drop of ink. “Didn’t you overdose on hist sap and get so high that you slaughtered an entire town?”
Bryja crossed her arms, leveling the assassin with a glare. “That was one time.”
“Still an entire town.” Nix arched a brow. “Not even I managed that.”
“Shut up, and help me find these damn papers.”
