Horagolla National Park is very small park. It is also one of newest national parks in Sri Lanka. You have walk along the footpaths here. There are not many kinds of animals. But there said to be lot of birds. And of course there is a high 'floral diversity' in the park. There is special project going on in this park called 'Hog Deer Project'. It is a conservation project of Hog Deer. It will be an interesting thing to see. In my opinion, for a average person, this park is not very recommended. But for a real nature lover or a person who study nature, this will be a good place.
