“Yo Ryu, look, there’s my girl!” He tells his best friend when you appear at the door of the gym in the middle of practice but he forgot about a little detail, you’re way taller than him. Tanaka starts laughing and nudging him. “She’s so much taller than you dude! How do you even reach?” His friend teases leaving the shorter boy huffing and offended. When practice ends he quickly rushes to you with a big smile while the boys on the gym comment about the comical couple you form. “Tsk, they’re just jealous because I have the best girlfriend!” He tells you but shouts, so everyone can hear him. 

You both walk the streets hand on hand laughing about Yuu’s stupid stories about his childhood until you reach your house. “Well, that was a nice day.” He squeezes your hand lightly and pulls you into a nice and warm hug. It’s interesting how he can be warm any time of the year, he’s like a walking heater. “I have practice tomorrow, but maybe we can meet the day after? I dunno... when you can...” His voice sounds a bit sad and although he knows you’ll meet at school and all he doesn’t really want the day to end. 

“Sure!” He beams, excited and happy. He sits right next to you and tilts his head waiting for what you have to say. “What is it? Oh... Don’t tell me you don’t like chocolate or something like that....” 

When you’re done and full he stands up. “Wait a second, I’ll be right back.” He says with an excited look and disappears into the kitchen. A few minutes later he comes back with a satisfied grin and sits back down. “They’re making something just for you, I hope you like it.” Exactly 2 minutes later, another dish is delivered to your table. A huge piece of chocolate cake sits right in front of your eyes, and just behind it, Noya’s sparkling eyes. “They don’t serve this kind of things here, but I asked for it. My aunt used to be a baker and I asked her before to make a cake. What do you think? Am I romantic or what?”

Soon you get your food and his uncle winks at you. “Thanks! Itadakimasu!” He beams as he picks his chopsticks and starts munching on his food. “How is it? Do you like it?”

“So you don’t think someone can fall for me?” He says offended. “You’re so rude Koru…” Noya lowers his head to play with the straw in his drink but soon enough looks back up. “Ah it doesn’t matter. I have you, that’s all I need.”

“Oi, don’t tease me when I say romantic things to you!” He pouts and pokes your cheek but blushes a bit when you actually compliment him. “Yeah, I am. You better not forget that!” he says proudly already forgetting about you calling him chibi. “After all, I’m your boyfriend now so you should be careful, some girl may to try to steal me from you, you know...” He teases glancing at you with a smile.
