If it’s true that all quartz gems are the jasper beasts, then that would be your go-to. However, if you want to stray from canon I would obviously focus on ice and snow elements. For Ice Quartz, I could see them being something similar to the Ice Monster from the episode “Monster Buddies”. For Snow Quartz, I can see them resembling a monster-like snowman or something like Eenos from Legend of Zelda. Speaking of which, I could recommend a kind of ice statue monster like Freezards from the same game series. If you want something more animalistic, you could choose animals who in arctic or cold settings like polar bears, wolves (with white coats), penguins, arctic foxes, arctic hares, leopards, snowy owls, or the Dall sheep.

It is also known as ice quartz, as many of the pieces have oddly shaped forms resembling shards of ice. As a type of Quartz, this one is included in the trigonal crystal system. Its counterpart, Nirvana Quartz usually takes on a rosy appearance.
