Im not saying you shouldnt be feeling a certain way, attraction is real y'all! But, thats where comes CONSENT!!! Its so important to ask permission, and it feels good to do so- its not easy at first but respecting other people's boundaries is EVERYTHING and will bring you great, honest & deep human connections. Human beings have the capacity of more than body language, and even then most often people read it wrong so thats why we are so lucky to be able to communicate verbally and voice our opinion! You can use words and make other people feel great! Ask if they are feeling like receiving a compliment if you're unsure its the right time to do so, just ASK!! I know spontaneity is absolutely FUN but sometimes its not easy to assume what the other person wants. So talk with your friends, partners, loved ones and share your feelings! Its so much easier than just not saying anything, I promise. Communication is everything. And if the other person doesnt want to share, let them- not giving you an answer is STILL an answer!! It means they arent ready to open up yet but you did the right thing in letting them know you're there for them.
