8. …in secrecy.
Throughout the show, Luka couldn’t help but steal glances at his partner. The boy’s beats meshed well with his guitar’s chords. When their set list finished, the crowd cheered their final applause as the duo and their crew waltzed off stage. “Good show,” Luka said, clasping Nino on the back. After he put his guitar away, he joined everybody in heading towards the exit.Â
“Wait, Nino.” Luka grabbed the other by the wrist and pulled him down a side hallway, ignoring whether or not the other stage crew members noticed their disappearance. The guitarist stared at the DJ for a moment before softly pushing him against a wall and pressing their lips together. Less than a minute later, Luka pulled away and gave a cool smile as his eyes filled with something.Â
“Sorry about that,” he apologized. He reached his hand up before clenching it into a fist and letting it fall beside his side. “I’ll see you later, right?” he said, confidence and certainty beginning to fill his voice as he turned and stride down the hallway.
“Oh, it’s snowing again?”
Winter Starters
Various winter starters that have nothing to do with holidays.
Garfield stood with his palm facing upward, curious green eyes twinkling as he watched the snow drifting from the skies. His eyes crossed over one another as a single flake fell onto his palm and melted quickly on the green mounds of his hand. “Yeah, dude. It would appear so.” He glanced over his shoulder towards the bespectacled man. “You think it’s gonna stick?”

So I’ve seen pictures of this couple all over Tumblr, and it’s led to me developing some headcannons.
As I mentioned, it would be a constant battle for Luka to discover Nino’s song, only to discover that Nino’s song was always changing. And that was what made it beautiful. When they would be together, Luka would whistle or tap or do something to create noise to determine NIco’s song for the day. The two would sit together in the same room but do their own thing, whatever it was. Occasionally they would break away from the thing they were working on to add input or ask a random question or make idle chit chat.
They’d share music together, even though their tastes are drastically different. But the best thing would be when they came together to fuse their sounds.
