26. Okt. 2016: Today, we made a Tour to Ninh Bin. On our way we first stopped at the temple of Đinh Tiên Hoàng. He was the first Vietnamese emperor following the liberation of the country from the rule of the Chinese Southern Han Dynasty- a significant figure in the establishment of Vietnamese independence and political unity in the 10th century. Ninh Binh is the capital city of Ninh Binh Province in North Vietnam, famous for the nearby Karst scenery around the village of Tam Coc. In Tam Coc Harbour were Sampan boats waiting for us. They are rowed by local people by hands and even legs. The boat sailed along Ngo Dong River where we had a wonderful view on rice fields and eventually we passed three caves: Hang Ca, Hang Hai, Hang Ba. Afterwards we rode the bike through more precious rice field scenery.
