I always enjoy meeting a new fellow Pac-fan, and im so glad yall been enjoying my art and designs ☺️

I’d be happy to share some hcs but disclaimer im not the most comprehensive writer so it’s just short notes for now- hoping to get better at my writing so I can be more detailed with them but I hope what I have so far is interesting ^^~

Blinky 

Stereotypical “tough guy-big softie”trope that I love lol- Has a hard time being vulnerable and sharing his thoughts and feelings, often acting too harshly towards the gang. He’s rather overprotective and cares a lot for his group, wanting what’s best for them, but has a difficult time showing it in a nice way

Has a vintage car that he takes great care of (def a muscle car but can’t figure out what he has specifically)

Lead drummer in his own band with Punky and two other guys. Still growing in popularity but they’ve already done several shows and tours around Ghost Island

Loves anything strawberry

Not a fan of hugs, only because he’s  not openly affectionate and doesn’t like being touched without permission

Inky 

Struggles with social anxiety, separation anxiety, and ADHD. Hes super attached to the gang and gets very stressed and nonverbal when he’s alone. His worsening symptoms often results in him wandering and getting himself lost.

Despite his upbeat personality, he can be a bit of a pessimist

The best at video games compared to the rest of the group. Holds the most high scores at local arcades

Has a terrible habit of borrowing things and “forgetting” to return them

Loves blueberries, sour candy, and jelly filled pastries 

Is clingy and physically affectionate, but most exclusively towards his gang. Wary about hugs from strangers but not averse to it.

Pinky

MtF Transgender

Has known Blinky the longest, even before her transition (yet he was the last to find out lol)

The first to stand up to Blinky when he gets too aggressive. Is also very strong and has beaten Blinky once or twice in arm wrestling

A huge romantic but doesn’t actually care about pursuing a romantic relationship, says she gets enough attention from the gang, who she affectionately calls her “boys”

Loves gossip and matchmaking, tries to help others gain the confidence to share their feelings

Doesn’t have an obsessive crush on Pacman but is more a huge fan, treating more as her “oshi”. She wants to support him as much as she can, but will always choose her gang over anyone else. Still enjoys teasing him and having some playful flirting (think like Sonic-Rouge dynamic)

Likes to drink more than eat, would prefer a mimosa or rosé over something overly flavorful. If she had to pick a favorite food, it’d be blackberries and coffee.

Is comfortable with hugs and physical affection but is pretty exclusive about it

Clyde (still figuring him out so unfortunately he has the least hcs 😅)

Soft-spoken, gentle, and struggles to speak up for himself. Has the capacity to get upset but usually results in him regretting it afterwards

Enjoys baking in his free time. Loves soft pastries, esp carrot cake and pumpkin bread.

Loves hugs and gives really nice bear hugs

BWUHH THATS SO COOL!!?!!? I just like drawing the yellow orb I didn’t think it get much attention much less inspire you that makes me happyyyy ✨✨✨

And speaking of the yellow orb, I gotta admit the way I portray him is almost no different to how he is the World games lmao- cuz of that I don’t think I have much new stuff to share other than a few things that I’ve thought of based on little things I’ve noticed about him:

Very athletic and adventurous. Likes to relax with family and friends but often gets a strong call for adventure that’s hard for him to ignore

Is actually an honorary knight but treats the title pretty lightly. Doesn’t like being spoken to formally, but is often very chivalrous himself.

Likes animals, is mostly a dog person. Greatly dislikes frogs.

A vegetarian as a large chunk of his diet is fruit (could be the base for every Pac-person). Thought this cuz there’s no meat-based food item has been used in Pac-Man, aside from burgers (could be a veggie burger) and eggs (acceptable for some vegetarians)

Also does not like spicy food, he has an extremely low spice tolerance

A decent cook- his food tastes fine but it often doesn’t meet his expectations since he doesn’t have the patience for it (he also makes a huge mess in the kitchen)

Also ngl Orson is in a weird grey area for me atm- my ideas for Orson are somewhat different from canon or how the fandom portrays him. I’ve no problem that he’s seen as very sensitive and friendly, which I totally believe he is, but I can’t help but shake that he’s still bitter about his lost friendship with Pac-Man that it def affected his personality a lot. my brain keeps switching around how I want to portray him; I’ve just been indecisive and haven’t developed him in a while cuz am so stuck lol.. however I do have a few notes for him too:

Very quiet and reserved, intellectual, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (ofc). He’s empathic to a fault, while also prone to jealousy and tends to assume the worst in people, making him appear pretty standoffish (only because of his personal experiences and diminished trust). Orson can be considerate and sensitive and has a strong need for attention and companionship, but his obsessive mannerisms and quiet awkwardness make meshing with others challenging for him. Orson also prefers solitude and independence, which is unusual in ghost culture.

He shows his kindness more through action than words, which a lot of it goes unnoticed anyways. He maintains a majority of mechanical upkeep or coming up with inventions to help make life on Ghost Island more comfortable.

Orson and Toc-Man are not independent of each other (yet?). While originally built as a machine to use in hopes of supporting Pac-Man on his adventures, he’s instead uses it as an outlet for his anger, and feels that he’s better able to express himself while operating him. Also, the ability to control through fear to forcibly acquire his need for attention and appreciation kinda influences his need to present mostly as Toc-Man.
