I always saw the "I am a god" scene as Aelin declaring herself the highest remaining power left in that world. Like a, "the gods are gone, I'm in charge now" sort of thing.
YESSS
i love this interpretation
I think it links nicely with the fact that even though she loses much of her magic, she is still like...the baddest and most powerful Bitch in Erilea.Â

I love the implication that Frederick and Basilio are actually married
A figurative and literal power couple.
15, 24, 30, 40, 54, 64 and 75?
15. my fave animal in a video game is buttstallion (duh)
24. i cry over most video games (bastion, braid, transistor, the swapper, borderlands, botanicula, machinarium, little inferno, world of goo, portal, the shadowrun series, starbound, sunless sea, minecraft, thomas was alone, to the moon (even tho i donât really like that game), tomb raider), but undertale made me cry for about half an hour, and then multiple times for the next week
30. it takes me about 20 minutes in the character creation screen, id say (tbh i donât play that many games with a character creation screen)
40. i donât really have a fave voice actor, i appreciate the work they do a lot, but if theyâre doing a good job i shouldnât think about the voice actor, i should think about the character
54. i really want borderlands 3 altho im scared theyâll get rid of the gays
64. oh damn, okay iâll describe my top three fave video games in three words
 - filled with determination
 - gay alien shooter
 - dancing against death
75. of fucking course i do side missions first, what kinda weird ass person do you think i am

You can't adopt him; he's already my son
Iâm gunna adopt you, and then by the adoption chain, he will be my son.

I headcanon that Aelin and Rowan sleep for wildly different amounts of time despite going to sleep at relatively the same time. Like, Rowan's been alive for centuries, he's got it down to a fine art. Asleep at 11? Awake at 6. Aelin, however, is a wildcard. She'll sleep for five or 12 hours. No one knows except her.
Ahhhh YES THIS IS SO CANONÂ
like, this is 100% what happens.Â
You know Aelin is that messy bitch who stays up until 4am with a good romance novel and then wakes up the next morning at noon like âwhere am i what day is itâ
when there are important kingdom things going on Rowan hides her books because otherwise she will get no sleep and just read.Â
How do you feel Aelin would do at diplomacy post-KoA? Like, does she have the political nous that her new station requires? Punching things is fun, no doubt, but punching things is not for every scenario.
I feel like even though Aelin is a very physically strong character, sheâs also really intelligent, and most of the times we see her be physically powerful also come along side a very smart plot.Â
Sheâs always got backup plans, tricks up her sleeve, etc, and even though some of her plans go awry, I donât think they are stupidly plannedâshe canât account for the actions of others (even if she does try to control them). But we see her very successfully take down Arobynn, rescue Aedion, get Maeve to give Rowan up, beat Maeve and Erawan even when she doesnât have as much fire power left. She uses her knowledge of Wyrd marks and her ability to think on her toes to her advantage, and even if a lot of the time her intelligence comes down to plotting out a battle or heist well, I can see her being able to transfer those skills to diplomacy.Â
So yeah, I donât see Aelin as a character who solves things via punching. I see her as a character who solves things by using her brain combined with her physical prowess. Ie, itâs not enough for Aelin to have fire power and beat Maeve in HoF. She spends the whole book learning about Maeve, figuring out what the gold ring is for, and why Doranelle is stone, and that Maeve wouldnât risk her own people just to keep Rowan. Similarly, in Empire of Storms, itâs not enough for Aelin to just burn the valg alive at the temple, she also has a specific reason for wanting to go to the temple (to meet brannon), and she then uses the knowledge she gains there for her plots later in the book. And in KoA, she again uses her brain and knowledge of Wyrd marks to turn the tide of battle even without having her massive fire power.Â
I think there will be a learning curve for diplomacy, like there is for everything. But Aelinâs very intelligent, and hard working, so I donât see why she wouldnât become good at diplomacy.Â
Could you do "Fullback U"?
sureÂ
