At the beginning of October, my mental health tanked due to a combination of work related issues, personal issues, and overall stress. On top of that, I relapsed from my recovery journey for my eating disorder, and physical health suffered because of it.

Around mid-October, it got worse to the point that my mental health made me physically ill, and I was having crippling anxiety attacks daily.

At the beginning of November, I was diagnosed with Bipolar II Disorder and Severe Anxiety Disorder, on top of my depression and ADHD.

With this came new medication and treatment, which includes regular therapy.

The past month, I have been working to get better not only for myself but for my loved ones. The issues that I have been dealing with have been hard for them, especially my husband who has been doing his best to support me.

I tried to push through, but I wasn't okay and I needed help.

So, for the month of December, I have decided to take a break from regular writing and updating. I will still be around, and I promise that after the holidays and things slow down and I start to get even better, I will be updating my works.

I may surprise you with a new chapter or a one shot, but I am not making any firm commitments.

I want to thank those of you who have checked in on me and supported me through this difficult time.
