you ain’t gonna retain crap when you study last minute and even less so if you stay up all night and tank it like a warrior because you’re just fucking your brains into mush. im pretty sure i failed first year algebra because of this (among other reasons..). you’ll feel shitty and depending on your stress-level and previous nights’ sleep quality, you’ll probably experience an out-of-body sensation in the most dankest of ways. trust me when i say three all-nighters with 5 Hour Energy wrecks you like no tomorrow.

so get your 7 - 8 hours of sleep because you’ll want to wake up refreshed, you’ll want to wake up with a lively mind. and just because you dont plan on all-nightering doesnt mean you can half all-nighter. my friend legit failed his final (thus failing the course) because he thought he could wake up from a 2-hour sleep but ohei guess what he didnt show up until the exam was halfway done.

just because you’re young and healthy and you feel invincible doesn’t mean your body is truly invincible. try not to wreck it because health is so important holysht lemme stress it to you guys one more time health is so important. pace yourself. you’ll do fine.
