Lately people have been telling me that I’m hard to read. I take this to mean that I am not terribly forthcoming, or that there is something about my physical person that obscures what is in my head. Perhaps this is a recent development, or perhaps I was the sort of child who lingered when all the other children have already gone but would never say what she needed.

Truthfully, I am terribly forthcoming when I can be, when I encounter someone who inspires the desire. Sometimes (maybe often) I desire to lay my mind at someone’s feet for inspection. I’d very much like to take things out of my head space and dismantle them with my hands for someone to see and maybe to pick up and inspect. I can be chatty, I certainly over share and I don’t mind talking for hours.
