No, it wasn’t that she hadn’t wanted to ask. It was just… the two girls never really had clicked before. Emma got along with just about everyone she met just fine– that wasn’t the issue. But when it came down to getting to know Fiona Gilman and actually sitting down in her company with her friends it pushed the Gardening Club Founder and Student Council Vice President a bit past her comfort zone. She was actually glad that her friends gave her that dare during free period just in case things went horrifically south. Teens loved to gossip after all and surely neither of them needed to be embarrassed in front of their friends.

The question was where would Fiona be spending her free period? Most students would be eating their lunch either inside or outside somewhere, but Fiona struck her as more of a free spirit. The likelihood of her being among the crowd was low… she’d start her search there though.
