Don't let my smile fool you. I just cried right now because it's my last day of #coredeforce for a while. My physical transformation did not come in the form of weight loss. It came in the form of strength. On January 16 2017 I went with my team#wearelegacyelite to the @Santamonicabayclub and got to work out with and directly In front of @joelfreemanfitness & @jerichomcmatthews Determined not to look like a fool. I stood up for the entire hour even when I felt like I was in the middle of an earthquake because the floor shook with all the stomping and I made it though to the end. One day Can Challenge you Change you and make you stronger. I know for a fact that every workout I do from here on out will be done on my feet and Never on my knees again. Im so blessed and grateful that I found #coredeforce and regardless if you do a #beachbody program or not take my advice. Don't let yourself get comfy when things become easy. It still might be working but that doesn't mean you should not challenge yourself. Step up your game. It's so worth it. #coredeforce #night30 #round3 #mmashred (at My Dance And Art Studio)

*It's been 30 nights already...* Today started off well, then it went shit, then it was ok to finish off nice and mellow. So I started my day lazily and stayed in bed until 10:45 when I had breakfast. Then I did homework, housework, showered and changed and pampered. I was ready to go to town and ready for a hassle-free weekend from here-on-out. So we went to town. Me, my mum, my dad and my sister. We're a Muslim family (but I have my own views) so my dad partakes in Ramadan which I respect him for. This also means we celebrate Eid at the end of it. We get new clothes for Eid, every time. So I got a new top and my sister was looking for something but had no luck. We also went for presents but there was that whole drama that was in my rant before. Now, because it's Ramadan, we're not allowed to be seen eating or drinking in public because it looks bad on my dad if someone sees us, says my mum. So I was hungry the whole time we was in town. I got annoyed easily. We came home and went to see my baby cousin and my auntie and uncle. They were chilling out because the baby was settled down. Came home and had tea and played on the Xbox until late and now I'm in bed. Again, I hope this post has been alright. They don’t all have to be massive.
