Hey, I found Drop Out through you and like totally devoured it, and now im wondering if you have any other comic recommendations, possibly similar to Drop Out. I've been totally out of the webcomic scene for years and finding good comics about heavy stuff that aren't patronizing is harder than i thought haha.
aaah i’m really glad! Drop Out has been one of my favorite recent webcomics, i’ve been wanting to introduce it to more people so i’m really glad you like it!
hmm.. sadly it’s a little hard thinking right now about webcomics like Drop Out, off the top of my head, Night Physics (deals with mental illness and relationship stuff), TrumnaX2 (about grief and living with childhood trauma) (by a friend of mine!) and Posibilia (not about anything really heavy yet, but i have a feeling it might get into deeper stuff later. also something about the mood/writing makes me think it’s kinda like Drop Out)
incidentally, all of those are A) furry and B) gay. i’m not sure if that was what you had in mind when you asked for something “similar to Drop Out” but it’s a nice connectin’ thread haha
