All set for the competition with NIFMA in 4 weeks. I have finally received the main accessories. Everything costed me less than 200 euros. I got the shoes and jewellery second hand and the bikini only cost me 105 euros postage fees included. It usually can cost over 1000 euros. That young lady is such an inspiration to me @giselleminehane West first met in November in Belfast while she was competing for #nifma @martin_nifma_spence She is the proof that anyone can change their body shape and life at any age. She has just turned 49 and only started training in January 2016. First competition was in June 2016, then October and November 2016. She is a divorced mother of 4 kids but she still finds the time to combine competition prep, kids and studying to become a Personal trainer.
