#hm i should make an original art tag #star wars oc #inquisitor #theelin #balosar #my ocs #24th brother #niemer #his name is 24th because 24 is the gay number in brasil. and he's gay #gave him amblyopia because i have it too (well. *had*‚ technically) and i think it would be fun #i think balosars should be able to move their eyes independently because well antennapalps and eyes are not that different in concept #and niemer just. doesn't move his right eye. it can't really see shit so why bother‚ yknow.#his amblyopia is also why he's so shit at fighting and frustrates the grand inquisitor (it killed his depth perception)#he's no good at fighting but the inquisitors are way too into direct confrontation over subtle murders to give him a chance to succeed #he could be so good at it if his job was to drink poison with people they want dead. but noooo it's stab or be stabbed #and brother he is getting stabbed

thinking about Sem and how I still haven't decided where exactly he lives (all I know is it's far from the core and it's not a big world) and thinking. what if it's Lothal.

it's a small world, but (probably) big enough to have a university. it has little imperial presence during the first decade or so of the empire, and the population seems sympathetic to rebellious types so a scholar studying jedi culture would not be out of place or rejected by the community. it has archaeological sites, some of which probably jedi-related since there's a hidden temple in the planet. and wouldn't it be funny. half a decade before all that rebel mess an inquisitor came to this planet to investigate a suspiciously jedi-aligned university professor and ended up disappearing. the professor was totally unaffected and is still doing pretty much the same, except now he has a stay at home husband who is unusually wary around cameras and imperials. which is totally normal tbh
