Nagiko: 11/10 Hold on they have so much potential. Nagito's believing that he won't amount to much and wants to uplift others vs. Himiko's wanting to see others smile but worrying about being stunted. Plus in UTDP there's an interaction where Nagito goes to cheer Himiko on during a volleyball game, despite her not being allowed to use her magic. He cheers her on just to cheer her on.
Nidamind: 8/10 They seem like they'd be cute together, I don't really have any notes on them.
Naeyama: 9/10 It sounds pretty interesting! Plain little Makoto having a swordswoman girlfriend who's involved in talking down high-level threats. There's possibility for an opposites attract type thing, as well as Makoto helping Peko ease up and learn to have fun.
Kuzuzumi: 8/10 It's not bad, it sounds like it'd be cute! I feel like they'd butt heads a lot in the beginning, but as they went on they'd mellow out.
Saigami: 7/10 Boy Manager and Male Wife. I'm not usually a fan of Togami ships, but I think if you pushed them together hard enough they could work. They're both very serious people but unsure about navigating romance, but they're willing to put their noses to the grindstone and navigate it together.
Oumahina: 10/10 They're an absolutely CHAOTIC couple. They're the type to call you up at 2 am because they're arguing about a TV show. Kokichi definitely asks Aoi to carry him everywhere. She's keeping him in check and nobody knows HOW. They're the embodiment of "'I could fix her!' Yeah? Well I can accept her as she is!"
