NICK JACKOLSON - GARY MUSH
Brighton-based producer Graeme Coop of Birkwin Jersey just informed us of his new project Nick Jackolson, a collaborative project involving the efforts of his childhood friend J Biscuits (a.k.a. James Broughton). The track "Gary Mush" is taken off of their just released debut EP Thieves and showcases the various elements and genres that are woven together in the EP. The release features both organic samples such as folk-influenced guitar melodies and digital quirks as with the chopped vocal samples and fidgety electronic drum beats. You can stream and purchase the rest of the EP via the newly formed Brighton-based label One Eye Wide Records.
