Im at season 2 so imma just speak upon my knowledge to season 2. As every episodes, everyone keeps questioning House's call even most of the time he's right or the one to see the actual problem. Cameron went against him MANY times, Foreman second that but less aggressive, Chase tried (he's defo House's proud first born in this scenario) but they constantly ganged up on him, oh and don't forget Cuddy too.

Wilson always did what House told him to do without a "why?" because he knew he did it for a reason. Wilson just trust him with his whole heart and that's a very beautiful thing.
