After the war, Jason and Percy are constantly hanging out.  They do all sorts of bro activities.

Water sports, hiking, video games, wrestling, sparring, eating.  You think it, they probably do it!  It’s the best.

They have their own bro handshake that involves a bird call, smacks to the ass, and even the chicken dance.  It’s amazing.

Eventually, Percy starts inviting Grover to hang out with them whenever the boys are at Sally’s.

And so Jason meets Grover and they all start hanging out

I think that he would haunt her a bit, yeah. 

Like he emotionally abused and manipulated her when she was at her most vulnerable and even at the end she still cared about him, even though she finally recognised that he wasn’t the innocent party she’d been trying to see him as throughout the war.

I think that she’d be really angry at him, for a long, long time. I don’t know if she’d ever be able to completely let go of that anger, but I think she’d come to terms with it, after a few years of long, hard recovery. 

I think it’d still be a sore spot between Percy and her, because even though Percy was initially fooled by Luke, too, he was pretty consistent in trying to convince Annabeth he was a lost cause and she just refused to listen. She’s egotistical and stubborn, which is partly what got her into that mess in the first place, and it’d pain her to look back now and think about how Percy had been right all along. Not because she doesn’t like admitting Percy’s right about things, but because she doesn’t like examining her own weaknesses, and Luke was definitely one of her biggest weaknesses. 

It’d take a lot of strength to reconcile the boy who saved her when she was seven with the man who almost killed them all, and to reconcile the little girl who lost everyone she’d loved and trusted with the young woman who was willing to jump in front of a blade for a friend, because she knew they’d do the same for her.
