The hockey nerd
Yes, I think I qualify as a nerd. If there was ever a doubt, it should be long gone now!
I’ve spent the last couple of hours editing lineups in NHL 16. Putting players where they are suppose to be and all that. But that’s not enough, because to be able to play with the teams with their new players I also need to make changes to the players with new contracts, to avoid salary cap issues that shouldn’t be there.
I’ve also hit some snags with the movement of some players (like Puljujärvi and Laine) that are too young to be playing in the NHL right now (well, 15/16 season, since that is where NHL 16 starts), so I needed to make them older... :3
I’m still working on the salaries, and I still find players on the wrong teams that need to be moved...

But I question my own sanity a bit when I know that NHL 17 will be in my mailbox in 16 days...

On thursday I might go to Uppsala to watch Brynäs play a pre-season game against Almtuna. I haven’t looked it up yet, what the tickets cost and so on. They have a tendency to demand like 25-30€ for those games, even though they occasionally play in something that looks more like a barn than a hockey arena. If the price is right I’m going!
