I've seen people asking about the Briar Nexus website, but I'm also interested in NexusPets! So, I have a few questions. Are NexusPets going to be a part of the website? Are they something for premium users? Or, are they something independent and just a different project completely?
NexusPets will be it’s own site, linked to BriarHaven by owner only. They had previously been the same project, which is why there’s information about both of them on this blog. We’ll have more information about that as that site progresses.
How will the virtual pets element of the website work? Will it resemble something like Neopets, or Pokemon, or something else entirely?
The virtual pet element of the site has been moved to a separate site, NexusPets, which is not due to launch for a while yet. Development is still in progress, and we will give more updates as they come.
Hi! I was interested in helping with the pet art, but given my current situation, there's no real source of internet at my residence. I'm typing on my phone right now, so this is about as connected as I get. I was wondering if you needed anymore artists and that, once I get my internet situation solved, I could help you? This would be the first real "gig" for me, so unless you're looking for experienced artists with former jobs under their belts, you can ignore this :) Thank you!

I'm curious, do the pets affect your dash, at all?
The pets have been moved to a separate site that will be launched later, under the name NexusPets. Separating the two means that server costs can be lower and efforts can be focused on user enjoyment and safety on the networking half.
